Consideriamo non solo l\u2019allenamento, ma l\u2019insieme dello stile di vita: abitudini quotidiane, alimentazione, qualit\u00e0 del sonno e gestione del recupero.<\/p><p>Le sessioni hanno una durata di 60 minuti e sono completamente dedicate alla persona.<\/p><p>Il programma di allenamento viene strutturato su cicli di 4 fino a un massimo di 8 settimane, al termine dei quali effettuiamo un check di controllo per analizzare i progressi e riadattare il percorso.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">Il piano viene caricato su app dedicata, dove il cliente pu\u00f2 monitorare esercizi, indicazioni tecniche e progressione. Durante il percorso vengono effettuate misurazioni e fotografie di confronto, per valutare in modo oggettivo i miglioramenti.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">Il nostro approccio \u00e8 naturale e sostenibile.Non inseguiamo risultati estremi o temporanei, ma costruiamo nel tempo forza, equilibrio, efficienza e consapevolezza corporea.<\/p><p>Allenarsi significa conoscere il proprio corpo, migliorarne la
